First activity of the day was a yoga warm up in preparation for the run. Although the ground was wet and a little grey in the sky, there was definitely promise of later blue skies and sunshine.
And so onto the run, the remit being easy paced and up to 90 minutes.
Back in time for a later breakfast, quick shower and then on the coach to Villamoura. Crazy Golf being the main focus of the day!

It was a serious competition!
The winners were announced after dinner and it was a repeat of 2022, with the Dave’s and the Fearn ladies smashing it once again.
With a few hours to spare we headed to Villamoura for some food or retail therapy. Soaking up the sunshine and laidback holiday vibe around the marina.Â
It was then time to head back to the hotel and get ready for the second run of the day. An easy 30 minute leg turnover! Not too many takers today, after a busy schedule!
Some free time now before, the planning/review meeting and the evening meal. I think it will be an early night in preparation for tomorrow’s cross-country session, but we will see, the local bar is hosting a big football match from home!
