Hip & Pelvic Pain
Signs that your hip or pelvis is saying “I need help”:
- Pain in bed at night lying on your side.
- Pain with walking/running, twisting movements.
- Pain sitting cross legged.
- Difficulty squatting, kneeling.
- Pain after sitting or sitting for long periods.
