After a long career in retail and hospitality management, I have said goodbye to working nights and am loving being front of house at Blizard Physiotherapy and Running Clinic. It’s great to have a small part in the recovery journey of our clients.
I am also a runner and coach and my passion is endurance running and taking part in races and coaching groups/individuals. I enjoy travelling and there is nothing finer than going off exploring in a new place.
When i am not at work, running or travelling then you will find me with my Grandchildren which are the hub of my world, and I enjoy chasing them around, playing Minecraft and helping with diamond art!
