Dan is a Physiotherapist and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with not one but two First Class BSc (Hons) degrees in both Physiotherapy and Sport and Exercise . He has developed broad clinical experience across NHS, private MSK, community and sporting environments, with a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, exercise and helping people return to the activities that matter to them.
His clinical experience includes assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, developing rehabilitation programmes, supporting post-operative recovery and working with patients across a wide range of ages, abilities and health conditions. His private MSK experience has also given him exposure to sports injury rehabilitation, load management, exercise prescription and a range of treatment technologies.
Dan has a strong personal interest in sport and physical activity, but his approach is not just for athletes. He enjoys helping people of all activity levels improve their movement, manage pain, build confidence and get back to doing the things they enjoy.
Combining his physiotherapy knowledge with his Level 4 Sports Massage qualification, Dan takes a practical, evidence-informed and individualised approach to treatment and rehabilitation.
