Here at our clinic, we’ve always been advocates of “move to improve” to live and age well but we understand too that beginning a journey to exercise can sometimes be uncomfortable. With that in mind our clinically led, function based Pilates sessions aim to give you the confidence to make exercise a less scary concept.
Pilates as a progressive exercise form is beautifully inclusive and as such anyone, regardless of age or ability can access this health enriching exercise.
Whereas most forms of exercise build the body’s stronger muscles, the clinical approach to Pilates teach exercises that work as much or more to strengthen the weaker ones too. It’s these types of exercises that help us work towards a properly balanced body, with better joint mobility, a firm musculature and a calmer, more relaxed mind.
Our small FACE-TO-FACE Pilates classes (maximum of six clients) run at the following times:
Our ONLINE class runs bright and early on a Monday morning 7.30am for a 7.45am start via Zoom.
