				Knee Pain
Signs that your knee is saying “I need help”:
- Pain with weight bearing for example walking/running.
- Swelling after activity.
- Injury or accident involving the knee.
- Morning stiffness in the knee.
- Pain when sitting with knees bent.
- Difficulty with kneeling, squatting.
- Pain with twisting movements like playing football, tennis, squash.
- Pain getting in/out of the car.
- Loss of range of movement.
- Knee starting to look different to how it used to.
