				Foot & Ankle Pain
Signs that you foot and ankle are saying “I need help”:
- You have pain on waking when you first put your foot to the floor.
- You have night time pain for example the weight of the bed covers on the foot or feeling of heat causing you to rest the foot on top of the covers.
- Pain limiting activity.
- Stiffness in the foot and ankle.
- Swelling or bruising.
- The foot and ankle feel weak or unstable.
- You have had a recent slip, trip or fall.
- You have had to change the shoes that you wear.
- You don’t like walking barefoot.
