Signs that your back is saying “I need help”:

- You have difficulty trying to get to sleep.
- You are having to limit your movements.
- You have difficulty putting your socks and shoes on.
- You have stopped playing sport due to back pain.
- You are limiting your daily routine due to back pain.
- You have spent lots of money on mattresses without permanent symptom relief.
- You are relying on painkillers to get through your day.

- You have leg or buttock symptoms.
- You are constantly moving “gingerly” in case your back spasms “goes”.
