Team Blizard Race Report
As the end of the year draws closer the team is determined to go out with a bang with results!
Although not too many races to report from this weekend those that did race performed excellently.
Kicking the weekend off all the way over in Saudi Arabia we saw Sarah Jane Kennedy smash her half marathon personal best with a fantastic performance in hot conditions.
Not so hot conditions greeted the next round of the PECO cross country league and the South Yorkshire cross country where so many of you raced it would be impossible to name everyone so well done to you all.
Staying with the sunshine theme that Sarah created it was good to see coached athlete Paul Massey perform well in the Malaga half marathon and this race bring a close to a fantastic year of racing for him.
The final race to mention is the super fast Telford 10k where once again it proved to be the place to go to run fast times. It is a joint award of “Run of the Week” to Alice and Freddie Fearn who both ran new personal best times and again brings to a close a very successful year for this duo.
