Thursday 15th February - A busy recovery day

Today started with another Yoga session lead by Dave, everyone is now flowing between poses like professionals!

After the Warrior warm up the runners headed out for a short easy run, 60/45 minutes. The weather is perfect for running, shorts and a vest are all that’s needed. 

A later breakfast was then followed by a talk from Jenny on Supershoes. This was really interesting and enlightening, making us all question which and when we put our trainers on. 



Today started with flow and continued - talk, lunch and back to the conference room for more spiky ball work.

The practical session was foot conditioning, followed by some hurdle work to open up the hips.

Then to finish off, some strides on the track straights. A great way to prepare for the tough session tomorrow.

After a dinner we were entertained by Disco, a pack of cards and several dice. Lots of fun, chat and laughter!
