Friday 16th February - Big Track Day

Today started with an early breakfast to fuel the big upcoming track session. 
A dynamic warm up lead by Dave got us all ready. This is now a routine we have done several times and one we will use at home.

The track session was based on 400’s and individualised according to goals.

Tough but enjoyable! Honest

It was a great idea to finish off the cool down in the pool too!

After lunch there was some free time to chill by the pool, take a walk or just have sometime in the room. 

The last practical session of the camp was some fun team games. A great way to end the conditioning activities. It was quite lighthearted and competitive, with a sprinkle of cheating!

Straight on to the second run of the day, an easy 30/40 minutes on the Nature Reserve.

To close the day, dinner followed by Double Dave’s Pop Quiz!
