We are ex international runners. David Tune is a UKA Athletics Coach (Endurance) Jenny Blizard is a Physiotherapist and UKA Athletics Coach (Endurance). We still compete as masters athletes. We have created this platform to help all runners reach their potential safely and focus their time on what makes them run well rather than trying to navigate their way through the overwhelming information now available. This platform is all you need to access on a daily basis, we do the hard work in the background so all you have to do is train.
